Leyne (pronounced "lain") is a 25-year-old jaguar who weighs 165 lbs. and stands 5'11". He has the standard Felid abilities. His skills include gourmet cooking, French (primary language), English (second language), and weight-lifting.

Born in Lyons, France, Jean-Michel de Brousseaur always wanted to be a great chef. He graduated from an exclusive European cooking academy and moved to America in search of employment. There, he found no one who would hire him -- due to his appearance. He couldn't even get a loan to start his own restaurant. On being approached by Daman, he decided to go to Sanctuary, where he oversees the kitchens, managing to cook quality food even for large numbers. Leyne can be arrogant, moody and temperamental while cooking. When he's relaxing, though, he's a very sweet and honest man. He may appear to play the field, but he favors commitment to one woman when it comes to relationships.
