Chiroga is a 22-year-old cheetah who stands 5'6" and weighs 140 lbs. She has the standard Felid and cheetah abilities; in addition, she has the special power of true flight. Her skills include staves, firearms, and computers. With a mellow and relaxed attitude, she is generally outgoing and friendly.

Background: Pretty much "been there, done that", Chiroga has been all over the US and a few other continents. She now makes a living with Stripe Force -- for the present.
